When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you are added to a team, your profile information is visible to other project members.
Billing Information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details including your company name, billing address, and VAT number for invoice purposes. Payment details (card number, CVV) are processed exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Feedback Data
When you use Feedash, we store the feedback comments you create, including text content, pin coordinates, viewport information, status, priority, and assignment data. This data is associated with specific projects and is visible to project team members.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This helps us improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process payments and generate invoices
- Send you notifications about feedback activity (as configured in your preferences)
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest and in transit. All connections use TLS/SSL encryption. We implement role-based access control to ensure data is only accessible to authorized users.

We use the following third-party services:

- Stripe: Payment processing. Your billing information and payment data are transmitted to and processed by Stripe, Inc. in accordance with their Privacy Policy

Each service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with project team members as part of the collaboration features, and with service providers who assist in operating our platform. Billing data (name, address, VAT number) is shared with Stripe solely for the purpose of payment processing and invoice generation.
